Adapt is a dedicated Krump and Hip Hop artist with seven years of experience immersed in the culture, technique, and artistry of street dance. Training under Sacramento professional Koncrete, Adapt has developed a powerful movement style rooted in authenticity, musicality, and self-expression.


Throughout their dance journey, Adapt has competed and performed on respected stages including Red Bull Dance Your Style and World of Dance, continuing to refine their craft alongside some of the dance community’s top talent.

Breanna is a passionate instructor, mentor, and former educator who discovered her second classroom through movement and wellness. After spending years teaching children in a traditional school setting, Breanna transitioned into empowering women through fitness—helping them step into their strength, trust their bodies, and build deeper confidence in themselves each day.


Breanna is also preparing to bring her passion for mentorship and youth development into the Sacramento Unified School District, where she looks forward to working with young people—especially young girls—to help them feel seen, supported, and confident in who they are. This next chapter reflects a full-circle return to education, now blended with her commitment to wellness, confidence-building, and community impact.

Genevieve began her K-pop dance journey in 2022, training and performing with a competitive K-pop dance team. Through her dedication to performance, musicality, and precision, she quickly developed a strong foundation in the style and has continued to grow as both a dancer and performer within the K-pop dance community.


As an instructor, Genevieve is passionate about sharing her love for K-pop dance with others in a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment. She values both performance quality and personal growth, and she strives to help students build confidence, improve technique, and enjoy the process of learning choreography inspired by one of the most dynamic dance styles in the world.

Jalen is a professional dancer, choreographer, creative director, and international dance educator dedicated to developing collaborative leaders and inspiring a passion for the performing arts in his students. A Sacramento native, he trained in African dance, jazz, ballet, hip-hop, tap, modern, and more.


Represented by MDT Agency SF, Tyre has been featured in global campaigns for Samsung, TikTok, Puma, Volkswagen, and OnePlus. He has performed live on American Idol, Good Morning America, Kids’ Choice Awards Mexico, The Late Late Show with James Corden, America’s Got Talent, Latin American Music Awards, and the Super Bowl LV Halftime Show alongside 4x Grammy Award–winning singer-songwriter The Weeknd.


As a company member  S-Rank Dance  Tyre competed on Season 2 of NBC’s World of Dance, worked with Lil Uzi Vert in the 2023 BET Awards, and has also worked with Katy Perry, Anuel, Sech, WolfTyla, and Nicky Jam. He toured internationally with 6x Latin Grammy Award winner Daddy Yankee for the Con Calma Tour, made his SF Opera debut in Innocence (2024), and choreographed for the Sacramento Kings playoff game in 2023. Most recently, he appeared in Innocence at the New York Met Opera in 2026.


Jalen Tyre has taught and adjudicated in Kazakhstan, Asia, Moscow, Russia, and Toronto, Canada. He is the founder of the pre-professional dance training program @Justusfam_ and producer of the original stage production @THEESTOOP.

Kayla has been training in Stockton for over 5 years, specializing in heels and performance-based movement. She teaches Open Level Heels, creating a welcoming space for dancers of all backgrounds to build confidence, strength, and self-expression.


For her, dance is second nature—something as essential as breathing. The moment the music starts, her body instinctively begins to interpret, feel, and express. That deep love for movement is what fuels both her artistry and her teaching.


Teaching is especially meaningful to her because she’s passionate about empowering others to step outside their comfort zones, try new things, and discover confidence within themselves through dance.

NU is a dancer, educator, and movement artist specializing in House, Krump, and choreography. With experience in both choreographed performance and freestyle dance culture, she has trained and performed with Holmbase Dance Company and RawKapital, developing a dynamic style rooted in authenticity, musicality, and expression.


Inspired by the mentors and communities that have shaped her journey, NU is passionate about creating a supportive environment where dancers of all backgrounds can grow. Her classes focus on building strong foundations, developing groove and musicality, and encouraging confidence through self-expression. Whether you’re stepping into the studio for the first time or looking to deepen your craft, NU invites every dancer to explore movement with purpose, creativity, and joy.

Shen is a Campbellocking dancer based in Sacramento, California, with six years of training in the style and five years of battle experience. As an active member of both Flow State Dance Co. and Honey&Dagger, Shen continues to develop as both a performer and artist while staying deeply connected to the local dance community.


Through dance, Shen is passionate about sharing the joy of movement, building confidence in others, and creating meaningful connections through community and expression. With a strong love for the culture and foundations of Campbellocking, Shen brings both experience and authenticity to every class, encouraging students to grow in their skills, creativity, and self-expression.

Stella is a Sacramento-based filmmaker, videographer, editor, dancer, actor, and creative director with more than 14 years of experience spanning film, performance, and digital media. As the founder of JJ Creative Studios, Stella leads a production brand focused on documentary storytelling, fashion films, promotional videos, branded content, and visually impactful social media campaigns.


Her filmmaking style is rooted in cinéma vérité, with an emphasis on capturing authentic human stories through artistry, depth, and cultural intention. Stella’s work is driven by a passion for visual storytelling that is both emotionally resonant and creatively bold. She filmed, directed, edited, and produced the documentary Surviving Fashion Week New York, which follows stylist Yvonne Lawrence’s journey from Sacramento to New York, showcasing Stella’s ability to tell compelling stories through a thoughtful and cinematic lens.


Stella is also an accomplished performer with experience in both live-action and animated productions.
